Birkerød Gymnasium is one of the oldest and biggest IB World Schools in Denmark. We have offered the IB Diploma Programme and pre-IB since 1991 and therefore have great experience with running the programmes. We have more than 300 pre-IB and IB Diploma students representing 50-60 nationalities in different ways.

IB Subjects and Core Elements. All students entering the two-year IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) at Aarhus Gymnasium study the subject courses offered by the International Baccalaureate and our students sit the IB’s widely-recognised examinations.
